Mini Institute
in Violin, Viola, Cello, Harp or Piano

This morning program gives a “Taste of the Institute” to first-time registrants who are 7 years old or younger (students age 5 or younger may register for Mini Institute a second time). Each day, students have either an individual lesson or a repertoire group class (alternating). They also have Music & Movement, may perform in a solo recital, and participate in the Final Piano or String Concert. No Optional classes are available. The half-day schedule is perfect for very young students who lack the stamina for a day-long program. It’s easier for busy parents, and commuters. Enthusiastic students may find the Junior Program more fulfilling.

Students eligible:

• Only first-time registrants 7 years & under
• Students age 5 or younger may return again
• String, Piano or Harp students, not beyond Bk. 1

2-hour daily morning program includes:

• Individual lesson (4 students per hour) alternating with repertoire (group) class
• Music & Movement class
• Solo recital performance opportunity for everyone
• Final Piano or String Concert at the week’s end
